Very bad experience with shopclues.com

Good evening friends, today I am sharing my experience with shopclues.com.


I hope it would be helpful for everyone. I had purchased a RICO SORDI Watch from shopclues.com on 14th of jan 2016 & got delivery of that watch on 22nd january 2016 in demaged condition so I filed my complaint on shopclues.com.


I got return ID & The courier partner came to pick it.


He denies to take that demaged item as their return shipment & my return has been cancelled without any reason. I had faced too much issues with shopclues so I will not refer anyone to shop on this website.


I can provide my order id if demanded by shopclues.com through mouthshut & definitely if they solved my issue, I will do edit & leave positive feedback.
