I think shopclues is not a trusted shopping site. I purchased a JBL C300 si over tge ear wired Headphone from ShopClues through its app. When I got the product I saw they send me a fake chaina JBL type head phone. I played music in my smart phone and plug it for cheak. But after checking I saw its Sound quality is too bad which is expect from a JBL headphone. After that I contacted with shopclues and told them in detail but they didn’t understand my problem. They only told me that its a true JBL headphone but I know that is not a JBL headphone because of it sounds quality and poor plastic body. One thing in this app is very poor that its search option is not work properly. Many times its search results out different from which I want to search. That’s a bad experience. The app is also very slow and many of time it Showed hanging problems. So I think its not a user friendly application. Friends if you buy something on online then just go to amazon ot Flipkart as tgey are most trusted and customer supported shopping site.
