What attract me toward Shopclues is only and only price, nothing else. I ordered artificial fish set from it as it was on huge discount. I placed an order for it. After 3 days I got tracking details with Shree Maruti Courier. After 6 days status shows on tracking was reach in Pune. It was almost more than 1 week product was not delivering.
When I called courier person he said your address was incomplete so we send it return to merchant. I ask him for call that he can do if address was untraceable. He said don’t teach me how to work and cut my call. Fact is that address was complete. And on same address Flipkart and Snapdeal delivered the product but Shopclues can’t. When same I said to Shopclues customer support he was not even ready to listen to me, just repeating that you will get your refund. I know I will get my refund at least listen to me what is the issue. Can they refund my time which I spend on Shopclues to place order and follow ups to courier partner and customer support?
They can never do that. To refund the money is not solution for all issue. Each and every time I faced lots of issue with Shopclues, Each time I need to write a mail to them and then either I got product or refund. This time I have decided not to go ever on Shopclues. It is better to pay more amount than the pathetic service.
I never found best thing in Shopclues. Even product delivered on time I have faced many issues with quality, irresponsible customer support team, careless and useless courier partners.
In one line no more Shopclues shopping in my life again. Worst and pathetic service.
