Shopclues is very very poor and unwothy online shopping site.i buyed the product from this site but I was not happy with kind and quality of product delivered to me. Also this online shopping site does not provide good customer after sale services and takes lot of time in delivering goods .Also product that I bought from this site has stopped working .Thus this site is hopeless shopping site and if it need to survive in this competitive scenario then needs to improve their product quality and customer care services
