Shopclue no doubt gives good offers, but the end result is most of the times frustrating.
They take money, then either deliver a poor quality product or cancels the order and refund the money after holding it for 1 month or worst hold the money for a long time without responding to complaints or calls.
I ordered a 20gm silver coin on 24 Oct 2014 at Rs699 assuming it was a good deal (order no 24442943). But till now neither they deliver the item nor money nor they are responding to my mails. Worst they have blocked my mobile no to call them.
The item is untraceable from day 1 with blue dart courier. So they should refund my money soon and settle with bluedart courier. Instead they are holding my money.
So guys be careful, when you can’t reach them what can you do? So either don’t order from shopclues or if you really like some offer, order on COD basis, don’t make advance payment.
Rest is your choice if you like to take risk.
