I ordered a Ricoh All-in-one SP 100SF from shopclues.com order ID 12620137 dated 3-April-2014 and the same was delivered to me on 8-April-2014. I am a regular shopper from shopclues.com for the past 2.5 years and was happy to get the product at the right time and at right price.
I didn’t expect that the product would be delivered to me in a broken condition. Moreover, there was no INVOICE for claiming any warranty. I spend Rs 5850 for the purchase of scrap and despite sending them videos and pictures there is no response either from seller or shopclues.com.
There is no reverse pickup or even any reply despite repeated requests and reminders. I am fed-up with them and there buyer protection, 4 pillars, etc are simply sham to cheat innocent buyers with lucrative words.
Today it is high time for stringent laws and rules for online shopping websites as they simply make life of innocent shoppers miserable after sale.
