I am buy some things from Shopclues in last 6 months.
On the basis of this I will share my review.
I am experience that the customer service is moderate and not so much good.
And the quality of the items that I feel is low and the same products are available on other shoping sites at the lower price and of good quality or same.
All the time I ordered the product the delivery time is so long about 8-9 days.
so, the delivery timeliness is bad.
I also don’t like the app&website because it has confusing interface.
The reliability id medium .
Negative points:- 1. Delivery time is long 2. Low quality 3. High price
At the end I do not recommend you to buy from this shopping site.
