I have been doing online shopping for 3 years now and I try every new e-commerce for checking their overall and then recommend them.not a proper critic. but, as we every e-com has it’s pro and cons. for shopclues it is hyping their products. like selling cheap and low quality product for high prices.
Then mismanagement of their customers.because they label something local or unbranded item for high prices and cutting it down to show that it’s on sale or offer. I say .what’s the need to so .keep it at it’s actual prices.give 5% 10% discounts. and provide good quality.For customer mismanagement .their buyer protection is too weak in terms of refunding and replacement.so it must be improved.for being a trusted giant.of e-com
