I had ordered a Jackly 31-in-1 Magnetic Screwdriver Tool Kit from shop clues. Order ID:- 5211679. I had ordered this product as I thought its the Genuine Jackly product as claimed by ShopClues that only genuine products are sold by them.
The delivery was prompt but when I received the product I had a shock of my life. The product was a complete rip off (fake) of the original product. I had a original jackly product and I know how one looks like. The original one has a coded scrath sticker, an embossed original logo, more clearer pictures on packaging box.
The one I got was a complete rip off. The main screw drive dint even have the jackly logo nor the screw holder had the magnetic strips.
Since shop clues has a buyer protection I requested a refund or a complete replacement of original product. The reply I got from customer service was :
"Based on your concern we would like to inform you that we have escalated your case with the merchant but merchant denied it because as per merchan**t the product which has been ordered by you is the same which has been delivered to you.** Therefore, we will not be able to fulfil your request."
So what I saw online was a fake product and since I ordered a fake product thinking it original I got the fake product? The mail doesnt even mention of my request to prove genuines of the product which I had mailed to them.
Stay away from ShopClues it sells fake products, doesnt care about customer grievance and buyer protection is ineffective. I have attached below images of fake product I have got...
