It proved to be a mental torture when I bought a phillips juicer from Shopclues. First shopclues delivered a defective product having a 3 inch big hole in the juicer. When I requested a return it has taken more than 2 month and still it is in processing mode only.
You have to make endless mail and call still they will not give your hard earned money back.
I am moving to cosumer court now but would suggest you to think atleast 100 times before buying anything from shopclues.
