This is the worst shopping site I have ever used till date all they do is they sell you a cheap quality product which would be of no use.
Today I am going to share will you all my bitter experience of using this site
Many time we all see the ad of shopclues in tv commercials so one fine day I also thought of using this site so I orderd a cemera pen which was available at a good price. I got that pen deliverd after 7 days and that pen was not in working condition, I complained to them and they straightly refused to replace.
After threatening them for consemer forum they agreed but to return that amount in my wallet and not in my bank account.
So I was forced to again shop from their site, after that I orderd a mobile fan and a led light from their site initially they worked but after a few days both of them stopped working, so I was left with the only option of throwing them .
So from my experience I wont recommend anyone to shop from this site even if you are getting a good price, most of their products are fake and of very loew quality, most of their offers seems good but do not fall prey to them.
And their customer service is even more worst no calling facility only mailing facility which also depends whether they would respond or not.
And the mobile phones which they sell are non branded and of cheap chinese companies.
So in my opinion I won’t suggest anyone to purchase any thing from shopclues.com rather pay a littile more and purachase from sites like amazon, snapdeal etc.
