Pathetic service dont book anything from here

I Have Booked this product on 4th Nov today is 30th Nov and till date I have not received the Product.

And when I contacted Shop clues they are telling Me product already Delivered Courier Person never pick up the call, since last 2 week I am in touch with this people and always they say please wait few more week we are I process pissed with this don’t book anything on Shopclues pathetic service not giving refund also I made mistake please you people Be careful
