Shopclues.com is gaining popularity. I had placed a few orders with them in the past, but finally had to move on. I will put my reviews:
Customer Service: I am not satisfied with the customer service. Long wait time, incompetant staff members and slow services made me finall move to to another portal and I am their regular customer now`. Customer service is not upto standard. If you have a question, they give vague responses.
Product Quality: The product quality has been so fat good for branded items only. An example will be Mamy Poko Pants for babies. Some products however were cheap and are available at local vendors for a lot less. It is recommended to make a comparison with other websites for price before purchase.
Delivery Timelines: Super late! This is one of the major reasons why I left them. It took more than 15-20 days. Sellers take a lot of time to dispatch items.
App & website: While I have not tried their App. Their website is navigation-friendly. It’s easy to search for items.
Reliability: You can reply them. Reliability is not an issue. However, their services are so poor that you would not like to stay with them for long. They almost promise what they deliver, but I would say they drag it when the world is changing so fast.
You can try them if you are willing to wait long enough for the product! If item arrives intact and as described, you are lucky. If not, there comes a lot of trouble speaking to customer support and getting it resolved.
