Completely fradulent...beware of the facts

I ordered a product(of course, because it was the cheapest) on Shopclues and I found this e-vendor also very cheap. The product was broken when delivered and they refused to replace it. They ping me on Facebook and when I send the pictures, they never got back and I kept on pinging with no response, until I gave up.


I observed a few things that these guys are using to play with the customers. I think we should use it to our advantage rather.

  1. Cash on delivery not available for most of the products. So we end up paying and fighting for a refund. So don’t order if no cash on delivery.

  2. Orders not delivered on time and marked as delivered when actually not (check their Facebook link for yourself on similar complaints). Don’t pay money until you receive the order (opt for cash on delivery)

  3. Used products - product is not new. Tampered when opening the box. We cannot do much about it but avoid ordering from this website. (Check parcel before paying).

  4. Worst customer care - "Reach me if you can" is their strength! You wont be able to reach. The time you reach, you are already late to register the complaint.

Overall, It sucks to have such a website, which is creating a bad experience for us who shop online.


I don’t have a "zero" star. Hence 1 star for these frauds.
