Good web store but want to improve

Shopcluse.com is goog website but now some sellers form this website are not provided there servive onestly.

I buy a power bank few days ago with a offer buy 1 get 1 free @250 when I received this item, item was used.but that’s right there have a good return policy.

When I complain of it they picked up my item and refund my money to my clues bucks(shopclues digital wallet). Delivery service of this website is very bad, some delivery take upto20-25 days. But offers of this website are too good I suggest you to buy product from this website but only buy branded product.
