Poor Response In Shipment Of Item Ordered Online

I had ordered a Lloyd portable AC from shopclues.com vide order number 13465251 on 03 may 14. After a long delay of 12 days, on 15 may 14 I got a confirmation email that the order is shipped, however, the courier details were not provided. On enquiring, it was told that the product has been shipped by safexpress, however this courier company refused to have any information about the given tracking number.


Ever since the order has been shown as untraceable. The delivery timelines have long been exceeded. On calling the customer care, the reply is that they will get back to me. However, I have not received any call from them yet.


Since the courier details are not available with shopclues, they should provide refund. However the customer care is not getting back to me. Very poor show from shopclues.com and extremely uncooperative behaviour from their customer care.
