I bought a bedding for my new born baby from this website. I paid Rs. 600 for the sane while the product they sent me was displayed on their website for Rs. 249.I paid Rs. 600 for the bedding since I wanted a good quality product for my baby and got a terrible product instead. I have been writing to them since the day I got d delivery but all in vain. Without even checking the quality, they wrote to me that they have sent he the product that I ordered for and thus it can’t be replaced. When I called them yesterday, they asked me to send the pictures to them again and now they are neither replying to my mail nor answering my calls.
The packaging was also pathetic and they didn’t even bother to send invoice with the product. I understand u can make mistake at times but the thing is, now that they have taken the money, they are not even bothered about customer’s problems.
I so regret purchasing this product from them. My money has gone waste. I can never use such a bad quality bedding for my baby. Guys, u better pay few bucks extra on other websites but don’t buy anything from shop clues. Wish I had read the reviews about this website before making a purchase. Wish there was a way to give them zero or negative stars.
