I bought a toy for gifting purposes and got it on time, shipping was fast, but the product was so cheap so cheap that you would not even wanna have it if it was given for free, let alone gifting it to someone. There is no way you can contact the merchant . I requested a refund but even after a week with no response I decided to call customer care where I was told that item cannot be returned and we have sent you a mail regarding the same, I didn’t get any such mail.
Now I have a piece of cr*p with me and a bad online exp, I threw away the product (worth Rs 799/-) and deleted my account on Shopclues, they should know better how to run business, and to add there is absolutely no customer care help at all, customer care is absolutely helpless. Please please stay away from such websites and better spend your money on quality products on more trusted websites. Hope my exp will help others.
