I purchased a lot of stuff from Shopclues initially. Although not of great quality it was ok for the price. Once I ordered for 14 items and made the mistake of advance payment. One item was not delivered due to non availability.
After lot of emails they refunded an amount which was much lesser than original cost paid after the discount. Despite numerous mails and phone calls nothing is being done. Seems there is serious financial fraud within the company itself.
A google search showed Sandeep Aggarwal, Co-founder and CEO of e-commerce marketplace ShopClues.com, has been arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on insider trading charges.
With this kind of history no wonder they don’t think twice about cheating their customers.
The only way to stop this kind of fraud by e-commerce companies is to complain to cyber cell of your state police.
It worked in case of another fraud company. so People reading this kindly do so.
