Then I tried to contact Shopclues through customer care service. After a long and multiple tries Some how they called me back.
And they clearly said that they will not accept the return because the product is under manufacturer warranty period.(They claim that it is given in their refund policy.)
But as per Buyer protection policy I can return a product which is unsatisfactory within 10 days from the delivery of the product. But shopclues is deniying this right to their customer.
