I am a regular online costumer. I oftenly buy products. But in my first shopping with shopclues made me sad. However later on they corrected it. I am sharing my experience here.
I have ordered one pair of sports shoes on shopclues and gave the payment through my debit card. When the order delivered to me I just opened it and found that my ordered shoes was not there .it was another pair of shoes . I complained and the next day they came and took that wrong parcel. That experience was horrible.
The packaging of product is so cheap.
