I order an unboxed yuerka plus at 8500rupees from last year , they deliver me very faster at Rohtak, harayana then delivery date , the phone is well packed and look like new, but when I started using I found it battery backup is not good, so I request to replace it and contact customer care, customer care is not friendly, he talks in angry and loud tone.
I told him the problem and please replace it because I donot use for a single day but he told that only when the product is replaced when I goto micromax care and asked for job sheet to replace it from Micromax care, and then send to shopclues, but idid not get any job sheet from care.
And I told this to customer care and they refuse to replace it, and today its battery not working for one hour. Don’t buy from shopclues these are layers.
