It’s really the worst experience ever on online shopping. I once bought shoes worth rs 5000k and I didn’t like those so I wanted to return them but they refused to return.
After some days they approved the return and they didn’t give my money in my bank account but they stuffed them in my shop clues account. By this my 5k was stuck in that account and I was not able to take that money into my bank account.
