Bad service

I had ordered a Stylish Pendulum Wall Clock on 05.08.14 (vide order no 17960013). The same was delivered on 12.08.14 in a damaged condition. The pendulum was broken, all spares broken only due to faulty packing.


I requested return on 16.08.14 as the company policy states 10 day guaranteed return. However, my request was cancelled on the same day as they have now stated that the return request has to be done within 2 days of receipt of the product. This is ironical of the company’s stated 10 day return policy. I have again logged in the feedback form with false promise and worst service.but still to hear from the shopclues.com.
