I don’t know what I should call the worst aspect of this website, should I say the customer service was worse or should I say the sellers registered were worse as I have experience both as worse experience in my life.
This company is its seller oriented, and doesn’t give a #@$#@$ about the customers who are the actual reasons behind their survival.
I have so far ordered 2 to 3 stuffs from this site, and have faced major quality and service issues in almost all of them. Didnt take it so seriously before as the orders were of very small value, but now I am really pissed off with their customer service and seller and their policies.
Ordered a Car Body cover, firstly what they sent didn’t actually look like a car cover, besides it was not of the car model I ordered and worse it was used, abused and dirty product. when I wanted to return them, they say they will send it to the merchant and if the merchant says the product is faulty only then they will refund my amount, can anyone believe this?Like the merchant is going to accept the product being faulty.
I have lost a lot of my money, I hope after this review no one ever has to.Had also brought a spice jar with them before, turned out lot of jars had crack in it, but since I was out of town, I could only find that out after a month, and after a month they don’t give a #@$#@$ to the purchases. All my money down the drain.
