Hi friends now a days everything became simple and easy.The online marketing became part in the daily life.Somany e commerce companies selling their products online. ShopClues.com is one of the fraud online business sites because they sell every product at low price as the quality also very cheap.
Recently I purchased one item named Digital LED watch in this shop clues app on Android mobile.They showed one design in their description but when I opened the package it’s completely different.First Its not a LED watch instead they sent me a normal digital watch, children will use it as a road side product even it’s price is about 20 rs.Some of its parts are not working and the alarm adjusting pin is damaged.
By looking at the product I disappointed very much and Immediately I mailed their customer care executive but no response UpTo 2 days.I asked for money return as I complained by sending the pictures of the Watch.
They replied that OK we refund your money no need to return the product.First I felt happy but after 1 week I checked my bank account but no money credited.Again I sent mail asking the customer care representative what Happened? He said that we had given instruction to the bank to refund money and it refunded and said wait for one more week to update. After 10 days still no refund.I lost hope and there was no reply from shop clues.
Like this so many incidents happened to my friends also.The main problem is they sell CHEAP PRODUCTS and packing is worst.You will order one item and you receive other one completely ir relevant and they don’t feel any thing sorry about that and no refund.You lost time and money.
Beware that all online shopping sites are not good.
