I have already ordered 3 products from Shopclues. This time I am facing lots of problem and very poor services.
It was consignee to shipment with Blue Dart consignment number 69038018092.
The shipmet was ordered from Shopclues on 24 Sep 2013, 01:10 AM and It should delivered to me on 28th Sep 13. But I am still waiting for my delivery to reach to me while writing this review and Its around 16 days. I am doing regular follow up ( Last 10 days ) with the marchan site ( ie Shopclues ) as well as Blue Dart but still there is no information by Bluedart courier anywhere.

I think the Blue Dart courier has lost my product somewhere during the shipment. When I follow-up, this is the exact reply from customer care. "In regards to the order, we have shipped the product. We are tracking the product from our side. Please give us a little time for the searching process." What kind of stupid reply is this?.
This is the Prepaid Order cost of around Rs 2400. Also when I asked for cancel the Order, Shopclues wont allow me to cancel the order too. There is no value given to customers time and convenience even after collecting money from the shipper. If they lost my product, they should send me another one earliest as possible. They should at least inform about the product regularly when these kinds of situations arises.
When I am not doing any follow up, they are not providing me any information about my product. Also there is no reply mail be half of my complain mail by Blue Dart customer service.
I am totaly disapointed with services they are providing to their customers. Its really frustrating for me.
Hope my product will deliver to me ASAP.
