First time I have order a Lenovo S60 device from shopcules.com on 4 feb 16 I have received a devices in devilry but that was not on time there was delay by 2 day that was no issue but after receiving product there no such proper invoice there. At that time I have not focus on that. by focus on the product that I have received I check my device it was working properly but after few days there was a minor issue was there I have gone to service center in that shop they told me that invoice is not proper kindly contact to retailer were u have purchase this device.
In invoice there was no ime no. Was written.
After that I have contact to helpline no. Of shopcules finally they told that we unable to help u have to contact with 15 days after that we can not help for that.
