Since 6 months, I could see that the quality of SHOPCLUES products are cheaper than the roadside cheaper products available.
ShopeClues offers - if product damaged during transition or different product delivered - Shopclues will accept the product for replacement or the fund will be credited to account. It is absolutely BULLSHIT. I bought a clock for 299/-, which I received in broken glass and damaged condition. requested for return and so many follow-ups. No luck. surprisingly they closed the ticket, made by me. without even an acknowledgement.
I have tried to get Zero vault blue bulbs for home, unfortunately, they sent GREEN color.
I have requested for return and replacement. it is now 2 months. no response from SHOPCLUES
SUNDAY FLEA MARKET PRODUCTS: absolutely’LOW GRADE AND LOW QUALITY PRODUCT. Its my true statement that . THE QUALITY OF SHOPCLUES PRODUCTS ARE PATHETIC AND CAN’T TRUST ANY MORE.
