I am very happy with ShopClues products and services. Recently purchased a HP 2010 K010a Deskjet Printer for 3000 bucks. I got my product within 3 days instead of 4-5 days as mentioned on the site. The day when my product was supposed to be delivered I was not at my place. I called their customer care and informed them that I will be available around 5 PM. Due to some work I was stuck in the office and realized that I couldn’t reach home on time so requested if delivery time can be changed to 7PM.
The person on the other end of the call very courteously accepted my request. My product was delivered to my doorstep at sharp 7 PM. I am really happy with printer.
