NEVER and I REPEAT NEVER buy from this fraud site. They are no. 1CHEATS and SCAMSTERS cornering our hard earned money. In spite of my repeated reminders to the company regarding the non delivery of an order (No.3285240 )placed a fortnight back and duly paid in full along with the required delivery charges no action has been taken from the company’s end regarding the delivery of the product or to return my money which they blatantly refuse too.
In-spite of repeated reminders no one from the company even bothered to contact me leave aside delivery of the product. This is in serious violation of the customer rights and also against the promises and commitments made by the "shopclues" and punishable under the consumer protection laws.
I WAS UNLUCKY THAT I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS OF THE COMPANY BEFORE ORDERING AND NOW I AM REPENTING TO HAVE FALLEN INTO THE TRAP OF DISCOUNTS AND CLUEBUCKS
It has the most pathetic customer service that cannot be reached and does not reply to any emails except for auto reply.
These type of people should be put behind bars and seriously I am contemplating making a reporting them to police for fraud and filing a case in the consumer courts. I checked up with a lawyer and he says that not withstanding anything they write or say in their one sided "terms and conditions’ on their websites damages can be claimed from them in the civil as well as consumer courts.
WE SHOULD REALLY BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AND HEAVY FINES SHOULD BE IMPOSED UPON THEM FROM THE CONSUMER COURTS SO THAT THEY CAN NEVER THINK OF CHEATING PEOPLE EVER AGAIN.
Needless to mention that apart from this the matter will also be taken up in the media, electronic and social, consumer protection programs like pehredaar highlighting the fraud scams which your company indulges in.
