Please dont buy from this site. They always take payment in advance and dont despatch the material at all. BEWARE. I paid full amount for DVD player against order no 10544341 on January 25, 2014. The so called material was despatched on Jan 30 by overnite courier vide AWB no 7252191833. The material has reached on Feb 2, 2014, This information I got was from local courier office at Ranchi. But the message I keep on receiving as " In-Transit: Dispatched from DELHI Thursday, January 30, 2014" every day. I called the courier company who informed that they will deliver the material after 10 days though the place is only 2 km from their office.
I spoke to Shopclues, who informed repeatedly that the material will be delivered next day but the next day never comes. When I informed that the material has reached Ranchi, he counteracted that the material is still in Delhi. The person is Mr Sanjit Sharma. I said that please refund my money but he said that he cant return the money unless it reaches his warehouse and he cannot commit when. He was along telling wrong things. I again checked that materIal is in Ranchi and will be delivered next day which I know is wrong.
I really dont know why I bought from this site. The other sites snapdeal, amazon, ebay all dispatch in three days.
