Hello, My name is Rahul singh first time I ordered a Titan watch through shopclues website, but they delivered an defective product.Totly fake purduct on this site mostly.Do not buy anything from ShopClues they are making people fool.
Although it was disappointing receiving the product after a delay of 20 days and upon receiving the product.
The screen cover was cracked and when I called the customer care.They asked to file a return complaint which is to be done within 24hrs upon receiving of the product.
Which I did and now there is no reply from Shopclues nor anybody turned up to collect the the watch.Costumer service if Shopclues is not at all good as other online developing sites very rare results to the searches products not all at all updated. Product quality not seems good on this site on the name of branded they dispatch local products its a scam to consumers.
Delivery time line of this website is too poor never delivers on the expected time. All at all nearly updated website.
The time taken to deliver the product is average it is between 7 to 9 days.
But you can never relia on this website or app as its quality of product is very cheap, provide cheap product at cheap prices, there is no return policy.
Finally I will say it is my big mistake to trust this site and purchased from this.
