Fraud by shopclues.com

I have ordered (order no1678874) an electronic mp3 music player from shopclues.Com by paying advance money through net banking.

After 2 days, I received the order through dtdc courier, but when I open the package, physical contain is missing. Only package is there. They are making fraud to the people.
