Shopclues a good but brilliant seller to make people fool. My order Id is 81311114 . At first it was really good but when I orders a phone for my friend t became a nightmare of my life.
I ordered a phone for my friend. It got delivered in 4 days. When my friend opened the box he found that the device was not switching on. My friend bought the phone on my responsibility. I had to aishwaryasingh23 my friend 2500 for the defective phone.
When I contact the seller he said show to service centre. It means I have to show a brand new phone to service centre. Isn’t it a really good thing to show a phone to service centre on the day purchase.
I filed a return complaint too but it got rejected. And the best thing is that the reason for rejection was not stated. Shopclues din’t even to call. Its return policy is really too bad. No customer protection. Now I am thing to sue shopclues and seller in consumer court for cheating customers. Then only such useless company will agree.
