Consignment delivered empty

On 21st Nov 2012 I ordered Strontium 8 GB Pollex Pen Drive (Black-Red) (QTY:1)with order ID 1877456,

I did online payment of Rs 168.My money was debited in shopclues.com.

but product has delivered consignment empty which was opened . I complaint in shopclues support only chain of mail going on but no action taken by shopclues till the date.
