I bought 3 sports headphones online, and made a payment using my credit card on 20th oct. These were supposed to be gifts for Diwali I needed them by 28th. The site claimed 4-5 days delivery. But it’s 13 nov and I have no news at all from them abt my product. After repeated calling(it’s impossible to get through their number) I finally managed to speak with a customer service person who told me my order has been returned undelivered. With no explanation why!
There is someone 24x7 available at home and on what basis the order was returned was not communicated to me. The courier person never even attempted making contact. I am still waiting for my order and can’t get through their phones in spite of trying every single day. No one has contacted me from their website. And I have paid up for god’s sake! I think they are frauds and thieves. Never ever please use this website. I have lost a lot of money!
