Off late I’m very much satisfied with this site. Shopclues didn’t seem to be trustworthy but somehow it has won my trust. Trust factor is very important factor when it comes to online shopping. If you manage to win the trust of customer then you can build up a good product. Initially I was hesitant to buy stuffs from shopclues but my recent experience has been good.
I had ordered mobile flip cover from shopclues and I’m trully impressed with the quality of the product. The covers were delivered on time and the quality of the cover too was good. They had described that the product would reach me in a specific time and it really did get delivered to me within stipulated time. The quality of the product was good as well. The price was descent and there was discount on the product.
I actually ordered 4 covers from shopclues out of which 3 were for my friends and one was for me. All of them liked the quality and the product that reached us was the same thing that was described on the site.
Many a times I’ve faced problems that the product that a particular person ordered was different and the delivered product was different but that’s not the case in shopclues. Recommended!
Maybe they can improve the UI of the site.
