I am sorry to say but Shopclues is delivering worst class of service and products. I order many products with this site, apart from Men’s Doe, every product was either little damaged or third grade quality item, I decide not to use shopclues again.
After a long time again I checked a deal for headphones. I ordered Skullcandy headphone with order no-13070491. I got the delivery on time but product was fake, damaged. They sold me a product of worth 40-50 rs for 400rs.
Again same experience.
I cannot understand, if you cannot deliver the services and products as per your words, then delete words like Guaranteed, genuine, trust, warranty, no-1 etc from your website.
