I purchased an LED TV in the month of Dec, 2013 from SHOPCLUES.Com in the monthly mania sale for that they selected me for a PRIZE of NOKIA LUMIA 520, and they informed the same on the 2nd of Jan to me. After that with so many calls and mails to the customer care, they don’t bother to respond to mails or calls. They are cheating general public and in this case, their business. They have the worst customer care in the entire online selling space.
