I have been shopclues customer for more than year. however recently I have been facing lots of issues with them.
ordered thermometer, received defective piece. shopclues wasnt interested in getting it replaced.
ordered Dr Dre Beats earphones, although the company claims big on providing only original stuff most of its deal items are fakes. I have attached the pics
I placed order 18 October 2013 for ab wheel. The item was supposed to be delivered by 29 Oct. I havent received the item till date. Contacted shopclues cust care multiple times about cancelling my order. But they keep declining it. Below is one such convo:
