FakeClues and egitanjali gold division

Please stay away from these fake clues and its sellers, its a complete fraud company with fraud sellers. I make a big mistake by purchasing gold coins from shopclues.com( via its third grade seller egitanjali - https://gitanjaligroup.com), In all I ordered 9 gold coins from them,  they seller shipped the product without completing proper documentary work( read tax payments) and hence the goods were kept on hold by blue dart for more than 15 days. The seller is an utter idiot, it didn’t respond to any of my queries via the internal shop clues portal.


The customer service at shop clues is also fake like them. The are bunch of idiots who don’t even know how to speak english. They fail to understand what if feels like if you have around~250k of yours lying with them.  The seller didn’t have guts to pay the taxes and in the end after keeping my money for couple of weeks decided to recall the shipment from blue dart. The blue dart tracking details below

Attached is the updated courier details snapshot - of the goods collected by the merchant on 14th Oct itself.  This is height of fakeness by fake clues, guys don’t trust these bunch of frauds. I am on my path to fight a long legal battle here, will report these guys to service tax and sales tax department.
