My First Order to Shopclues was placed on 18th of March with order number 42524997. They promised to deliver in 7 days, it didn’t came to me. So I checked with their forwarder e-com. They said that they have serious backlog so they wont be able to delivery in next two days. I checked with shopclues and they promised to get it delivered in two days. Still I didnt came to me so I did the same 2 days exercise. We kept it doing several times and finally on 4th of April I was lucky enough to get the delivery.
I though I may have bad experience so I placed another order with order number 44853957. This time I requested them not to send it through e-com. So they send it through delhivery. This time the consignment is stucked in "Gwalior_DC(Madhya Pradesh)" and the reason is "Held for duty/taxes". Again I tried to contact them and they promised me to resolve the problem in two days. It has been more then 2 days and no one tried to contact me.
Finally I would like to say that Shopclues is a living shi*t on this earth, the worst delivery system with worst customer support system.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AT ALL.
