SHOPCLUES - NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE.!!!

Every single order of me had one issue or otherThe latest one was product parts missing in the package.


First they said they have instructed the vendor to send the missing parts to me.


After a month of no clues, I contacted, and they said they will arrange return.


My previous order was delivered fraud product and the return and refund took exactly 60 days. That too full refund was not given at first.


GOOD IF Sandeep Aggarwal OR Sanjay Sethi CAN HAVE A LOOK AT SERVICE ALSO RATHER THAN JUST PROFIT.
