Shopclues is the worst online shopping website it was the worst shopping experience i’d ever shopped with, I had booked a Watch on Shopclues worth Rs 550/- it was the analogue clock and I find this rate very low for this product but when it was delivered to me I was shocked, the glass was broken the box of that watch was broken because of much more weight on that and from that time I hate to buy any product on Shopclues.
Customer Service of this Online Website is very much slow and sometimes they ignore their customers and do not answer and solve their problems and not even return the damaged products.
Product Quality which are their to sell on Shopclues is worst and some products are not in the state of working but they doesn’t bother about that they just keep on delivering damaged or not working products to their customer.
The Delivery time taken to deliver my product was somewhere 5 to 6 days but I think that was okay because on the order they were showing that it will require 7 to 8 working days to deliver my product.
Shopclues App is totally meaningless and helpless app, I installed it once but I found it very worst and helpless and it is very slow so I uninstalled it.
Website of shopclues is okay but it is also very much slow working, It takes much time while booking any product.
I think Shopclues is not ever Reliable or trusted because I have booked Watch of Rs 550/- and I get cheated, so I will never recommend my friends and family members to shop on Shopclues.
