I bought a MDR-x450 XB Headphone from Shopclues. This headphone has mic in it OFFICIALLY but one that I got did’t have mic in it. It is possible only if you provide a fake one.
Even after sending a request to return the product a nearly 15 days ago they didn’t take any action. customer care is ignoring the request by saying that images of the product sent to them is not clear that’s why they are not returning the product, even though images are clear to everybody else EXCEPT SHOPLCUE.
