I am a regular buyer on e commerce sites like flipkart, amazon, snapdeal and I was pretty happy with there services. Then I tried Shopclues.com, I ordered one pair shoe from this site, I received my order in around 16 days.
When I was trying my shoes I saw the size I orderd was 9 and they delivered 8. Then I called there customer care I got no response for 45 minutes then one executive received my call and he told me that there is no refund or replacement policy in Shopclues.com when I asked them that why is it mentioned on your site that we can refund wrong orders.
Then he disconnect the call. After some time again I talked to one more executive and they were so rude and didn’t even listening to my point.
So I suggest buyers never go for Shopclues.com.
