I am seller on Shopclues and we have been getting consistent orders which we process them on the same day or the max the next day. Shipping is 100% done by Shopclues wherein they do not have a information transfer system to their courier vendors to get the items picked up. We have to follow up with them for 4-5 day to inform their courier company to get the items picked up and get it delivered to the buyer ASAP.
But looks like Shopclues itself is not concerned about any business. They have already spoiled their reputation but they are also giving wrong information to the buyer that the sellers are not shipping the products. It the problem of Shopclues and not we sellers. We also tried to talk to them that we would handle the shipping but they are reimbursing only Rs.40 if we do the shipping where the actual cost is approx Rs.120.
I would request other seller to contact Shopclues or to add this link if they have the same concerns. Today’s world of online business it the fastest delivery where Shopclues is doing nothing and spoiling the sellers name and ratings.
