Hello guys.i buy sensodyne toothpaste from shopclues, and there written as one toothbrush is free of the same company. But they send me chiness toothbrush. please dont go through shopclues. Few days back I ordered a Sony GB Hard Disk on 18th May 2016 and made my payment through a Debit Card. On 20th May I was informed that there will be a delay due to unavailability of the item.On 24th May I was informed that the order has been cancelled by the respective merchant due to unavailability of stock.
On talking with the customer care I was informed that they are giving a 1 TB Sony Hard Disk in the same price as 500 GB was unavailable and the order will be shipped in the next 3 working days. I believed them.
On 3rd June I was informed that there will be a delay in this order also. On the same day I was informed that the order has been cancelled as the merchant has refused to fulfill the order.
