I think shopclues created a good competition for the company likes amazon, flipkart.and snapdeal in indian market segment
shopclues offers great deals on different products it may be electronics or household products but after shopping for many times from there I think they compromise in the quality of the product .
There return poilicy are not simple and flexible compared to other sites, they take more time to deliver the products
